Its treasury management services are designed to support business operations, featuring automated clearing house (ACH) transactions, wire transfers, detailed transaction reporting, wholesale lockbox services, and remote deposit capture. The bank also facilitates automated credit line transfers, reconciliation services, positive pay systems, and merchant and commercial card services, in addition to zero balance and investment sweep accounts. Complementing these services are essential banking conveniences like ATMs, telephone, online, and mobile banking platforms, as well as debit and credit cards, and safe deposit boxes. Bank OZK also processes merchant debit and credit card transactions. As of December 31, 2021, Bank OZK maintained a network of approximately 240 branches situated across several states, including Arkansas, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, Texas, South Carolina, California, New York, and Mississippi.
