By accessing or using TGMcharts, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

TGMcharts is operated by TGM Ventures, Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Washington, United States. You can reach us through the contact form at tgmcharts.com/contact.

TGMcharts provides financial data, charts, valuation models, screeners, and related research tools for publicly traded securities. Data is compiled from third-party sources and refreshed on a periodic (generally daily) basis. It is not real-time, and it may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

TGMcharts is an informational and research tool only. Nothing on the Service is investment, financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice, an offer or solicitation, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or to pursue any strategy. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial planner, exchange, or fiduciary, and no advisory, brokerage, fiduciary, or other professional relationship is created by your use of the Service. Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance does not predict future results. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, you agree not to rely on the Service as the basis for any investment decision, and you should consult a licensed professional before acting on any information you find here. Market and fundamental data are provided by third-party vendors (including Financial Modeling Prep). We do not independently verify, and we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of, any data, calculation, estimate (such as discounted-cash-flow fair values), or other output on the Service. Calculated metrics rely on assumptions that may not fit your situation. Always verify information against primary sources before relying on it.

Portions of the Service — including TGMCharts Research notes — are generated with the assistance of artificial-intelligence systems and automated pipelines, and other features (such as discounted-cash-flow fair values, scores, rankings, and screeners) are hypothetical, assumption-driven model outputs. We check published figures against the data we store, but AI-assisted content and model outputs may nonetheless contain errors, omissions, or statements that later prove wrong, and any forward-looking statement is inherently uncertain. All such content is general information only — not a research report prepared by a licensed professional, not a price target or appraisal, and not advice or a recommendation of any kind. You agree not to rely on it for any investment decision.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. Some features require an account, which you may create using a supported third-party sign-in. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• misuse, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure;
• scrape, crawl, or harvest data at abusive rates or in violation of these Terms;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data;
• reverse engineer or circumvent security controls or rate limits;
• resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the data or Service, except as expressly permitted by Section 19 (API Terms) or with our written permission; or
• use the Service unlawfully or to infringe the rights of others.

The Service — including its design, software, text, and original compilations — is owned by TGM or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial research, except as expressly permitted by Section 19 (API Terms). Chart images rendered by the Service and TGM-computed metrics, series, and compilations are TGM works. Underlying market data remains the property of its respective owners. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The Service relies on, and may link to, third-party services and data providers. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party, and your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

THE SERVICE AND ALL DATA, CONTENT, MODELS, SCORES, AND OTHER OUTPUT — INCLUDING AI-ASSISTED CONTENT — ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DATA, CALCULATION, OR OTHER CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT. YOU USE THE SERVICE ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TGM AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY TRADING OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOSS OF INVESTMENTS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE OR ANY DATA OR CONTENT — INCLUDING ANY DECISION MADE IN RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TGM and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may modify or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we will revise the effective date above, and material changes will be made reasonably apparent. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between you and TGM regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.

We offer a public developer API under /api/v1, documented at tgmcharts.com/developers. Subject to these Terms, the published rate limits and fair-use caps, and the attribution requirement below, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to query the API and to use and display its responses — including chart images — in your own applications, analyses, and publications, including commercial ones.

Attribution is required: name TGMCharts as the data source and link to tgmcharts.com wherever API data or charts are displayed. Chart images carry TGMCharts attribution in the rendered frame, and you agree not to remove, obscure, or crop it.

You may not: redistribute or resell API data in bulk or as a standalone dataset or data feed; operate a service whose primary value is re-serving TGMCharts data; remove or falsify attribution; represent TGMCharts as the author or sponsor of your application; or circumvent rate limits, caps, or access controls. Chart renders and TGM-computed metrics, series, and compilations are TGM works (Section 19 operates together with Section 9); underlying market data remains the property of its respective owners.

We may change API endpoints, limits, or the free tier with reasonable notice on the developers page. Sections 4, 6, 11, and 12 apply to API output exactly as to the rest of the Service. Paid API tiers, when offered, will be governed by additional order terms presented at purchase.
