The company engages in wholesale insurance broking, serving both retail and other wholesale brokers, and provides services related to underwriting, capital management, capital markets, and various advisory and brokerage functions. Moreover, WTW facilitates primary medical and supplementary benefit exchanges, alongside providing outsourcing services to both active employees and retirees in collective and individual markets. It also administers various healthcare and reimbursement accounts, such as Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), and other consumer-directed accounts.
