Conversely, the Software and Services segment focuses on providing critical support and advanced software. This includes hardware repair, comprehensive technical assistance, and ongoing maintenance. Furthermore, the segment delivers proactive monitoring, regular software updates, and robust cybersecurity services. It develops specialized public safety and enterprise command center software, unified communications applications, and video software solutions, which are accessible through both on-premise installations and cloud-based "as a service" models.
